To honor both your time and the energy exchanged, please review the following: * Booking & Payment All Reiki sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. * Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Requests made within less than 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee. * No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their session and are not eligible for a refund. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion. * Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. * Energy Exchange Commitment When you book a session, that time is held exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments impact the ability to offer that time to others in need of healing.
